AK Eloso, LLC. v. Yanmar Marine USA Corporation (Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia)

We serve as plaintiffs’ lead counsel in this national class action asserting that marine diesel engines manufactured by the defendant were defective and breached implied warranties. Under a settlement that has been preliminarily approved by the court, the engine warranties will be extended from 2 to 8 years and the manufacturer will reimburse class members as much as $30,000 to replace failed engines.
