Kish v. Suntrust, Inc.(US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia)

Between 2003 and 2005, SunTrust sold “bump rate” certificates of deposit offering consumers the ability to take advantage of rising interest rates.  This class action on behalf of consumers who bought the product in nine states alleges that SunTrust breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing, committed fraud, and was unjustly enriched in connection with its handling of the products. We serve as lead counsel.
