Clark v. American Southern Home Insurance Company (Circuit Court of Duval County, Florida)

A class of Floridians alleges that their insurance company violated state law applicable to the sale of uninsured motorist coverage, resulting in inadequate coverage for auto wrecks in which class members were involved. We serve as co-lead counsel for the class, which seeks to recover their resulting damages.
