In Re: Allstate Insurance Company Fair Credit Reporting Act Litigation, M.D.L. No. 1457 (US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee)

This federal multi-district proceeding involves claims that Allstate violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act in connection with underwriting new policies. In 2005, many of these claims were settled on behalf of a nationwide class of roughly 12 million people. Other claims are still pending. We serve as plaintiffs’ co-lead counsel.
